The Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) Training Programmeaims to equip candidates with the required competencies to operate as co-pilot of a multi-engine turbine-powered air transport aeroplane certificated for operation with a minimum crew of at least two pilots under VFR and IFR. The training will be competency-based with TEM embedded throughout the syllabus and conducted in a multi-crew operational environment.
- Phase 1 of Singapore Flying College’s (SFC)MPL SyllabusisCore Flying Skills which is tobe conducted at BAC.All other phases of the MPL will be conducted by SFC, including the Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) Ground School Trainingwhich will be completed beforebeginning Phase 1.
- In Phase 1, the core pilot flying skills are developed in a single engine aircraft, in both visual andinstrument conditions. Candidates will be trained and equipped with the requiredskills and knowledge to also attain an unrestricted CAAS PPL (A) with night rating.
